Shift is Mon-Fri 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM ET; candidates must be available to work overnight. Responsibilities include formatting, proofreading, coding, client communication, and timely transmission, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and good judgment.
• Reliability demonstrated by good attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Format, edit and proofread press releases quickly and accurately.
• Code each release and advise on distribution circuits.
• Contact clients about issues and correct errors.
• Monitor orders and transmission status to ensure timeliness.
• Assist with overflow and other newsroom tasks as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Business Wire products, services, procedures and policies.
