This position operates on a remote basis with a copy desk shift from 1:00–9:00 p.m. Eastern. Candidates should possess a minimum of two years of copy editing experience and exceptional attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of full-time copy editing experience at a news organization.
• Exceptional understanding of grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax and vocabulary.
• Working knowledge of AP style.
• Extreme attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
