Northwestern Medicine is seeking an MRI Technologist to provide imaging services at the Feinberg Pavilion and support inpatient care operations in a fast-paced clinical environment.

This full-time night shift role includes two 12-hour shifts (11:00 a.m.–11:30 p.m.) and two 4-hour shifts (2:30 p.m.–11:30 p.m.) weekly, with every third weekend included. AA/EOE. Safety and quality are emphasized across all imaging duties.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Radiology Technologist Program.
• ARRT MRI certification OR ARMRIT certification within 12 months of hire or 10+ years directly relevant experience in lieu of certification.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains patient safety throughout the imaging process from screening to post‑procedure care.
• Produces diagnostic‑quality MRI images using approved protocols.
• Apply professional judgment within approved protocols to optimize image quality.
• Reviews images prior to exam completion and initiates corrective action when diagnostic adequacy is not met.
• Administers contrast in accordance with policy including screening and monitoring.
• Operates MRI equipment and maintains imaging room readiness.
• Coordinates exam flow and prioritizes time‑sensitive studies.
• Maintains accurate documentation in medical records and image archive systems.
