Job summary

Principle Health Systems is seeking a reliable Mobile Phlebotomist to draw patient samples, maintain accurate records, and ensure excellent service across assigned facilities. Ideal candidates have venipuncture expertise, strong communication skills, and a proactive, can-do attitude.

The role supports SNF route coverage, with flexibility for nights and weekends, and offers full-time employment with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

1–2 years mobile phlebotomy experience, preferably within the Nursing Home/LTACH market.
Proficiency in venipuncture and a thorough understanding of tube/draw requirements for various tests.
Strong written and verbal interpersonal communication skills.
Valid driver’s license, safe driving record, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
Positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and the ability to independently resolve problems.

Responsibilities

Drawing patient samples within assigned routes and schedules.
Provide coverage for sample collection duties when needed.
Maintain regular contact with assigned facilities and staff to ensure service satisfaction.
Communicate customer issues and offer resolution, acting as the face of PHS laboratory services.
Maintain detailed time and mileage records and assist with insurance/billing documentation.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the manager.
