Job summary

Talentify is seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to perform bedside specimen collection in client facilities, primarily nursing homes, with a 5:00am–1:30pm shift. You will identify patients, collect and label specimens, and ensure safe, timely delivery while following all policies.

Applicants must hold a state phlebotomy license (where required) and a valid driver’s license, with the ability to lift up to 35 pounds and maintain vaccinations and records. Mileage reimbursement is included.

Qualifications

• Must have a current, valid State phlebotomy license (if required)
• Must have a current, valid State Driver’s license; car insurance; good driving record; vehicle in good working condition

Responsibilities

• Drive to client facilities, typically nursing homes, as directed by dispatch.
• Accurately identify patient before collecting specimen(s).
• Collect, label, process and deliver specimens.
• Reload equipment and supplies for prompt delivery.
• Communicate status and location to dispatcher.
• Follow Universal Precautions and infection control policies.
• Maintain required certifications and health requirements.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Report unsafe conditions or issues.
• Monitor and report inventory levels and stock shortages.
• Record time worked and comply with company procedures.
• On-call evenings and weekends as needed.
