Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Memory Care Support Partner for full-time night shifts (7:00pm–7:00am) at Rushwood in Wichita. The pay range is $19 to $21.50 per hour. Join a home-like team that values empathy, resident well-being, and collaboration with care staff.

You will document resident care, assist with orientation, and help create engaging daily routines while promoting a supportive environment. A positive attitude and English fluency are essential.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude and empathy toward residents.
• Basic computer skills to print documents and enter information.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day; able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Criminal background cleared.

Responsabilidades

• Document resident care and changes in condition accurately.
• Assist with orientation of memory care team members.
• Be an advocate of empathy and build human connections with residents.
• Discover residents’ interests and craft engagement plans.
• Support daily life from wake to sleep through partnerships with residents.
