Peregrine Senior Living Clifton Park is seeking a Part-time Resident Care Aide/Medication Aide for evening and weekend shifts. The role includes assisting memory-impaired residents with daily activities, maintaining dignity and independence, and documenting care accurately.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, CNA/HHA/PCA certification preferred or required by law, and at least one year in a caregiving role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA, HHA or PCA certification preferred or as required by law.
• One year working in a caregiving capacity preferred.
• Compassion for and desire to work with the elderly required.

Responsabilités

• Assist memory-impaired residents with bathing, grooming, and dressing while maintaining dignity and independence.
• Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights.
• Maintain and document proper records of care.
• Report changes in residents’ condition to the supervisor (illness, behavior changes, unmet personal care needs, medication issues, missing residents).
• Encourage residents to participate in community activities.

Formation

High school diploma or GED preferred

CNA/HHA/PCA certification preferred or as required by law

One year caregiving experience preferred
