Peregrine Senior Living in Clifton Park, NY is seeking an energetic Resident Care Aide/Medication Aide to support memory-impaired residents. You will assist with bathing, grooming, and daily tasks while preserving dignity and promoting independence.

This full-time role offers a 7am-3pm shift, $16.50-$18.00 per hour based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, holidays, health plans, 401(k) with company match, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• CNA, HHA, or PCA certification preferred or as required by law.
• One year of care-giving experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist memory-impaired residents with bathing, grooming and dressing while maintaining dignity.
• Ensure compliance with residents' rights and document care records.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the supervisor promptly.
• Encourage residents to participate in community activities.
