Job summary

Arvum Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Medication Technician for night shifts to support residents in a safe, home-like environment. Shift is 7:00pm–7:00am on a rotating two-week schedule, with responsibilities including medication administration, monitoring residents, and coordinating with the nursing team.

The ideal candidate holds a CNA certification (preferred), has experience with seniors, and demonstrates compassion and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Certified Nurse’s Aid certification preferred.
• High School diploma/GED
• Must be 18 years of age.
• CPR Certification preferred
• First Aid Certification preferred
• Previous experience working with seniors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for a designated group of residents during the shift and monitor wellbeing.
• Observe, report and document symptoms and changes in residents’ condition.
• Respond to call bells promptly and assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist in medication administration and maintain med room and charts.
• Follow safety, hygiene and sanitation procedures.
