The role requires documenting, delivering, and assisting with treatments as prescribed, while maintaining safety and accuracy in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR & First Aid certification required or able to obtain.
• Must meet state regulatory requirements and HIPAA compliance.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with daily medications, treatments, and care.
• Document medication administration and incidents accurately and confidentially.
• Notify supervisor if medications are not administered as directed; record reasons.
