Senior Living Residences Marlboro is hiring a Part Time Resident Care Associate for the night shift (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) who will provide direct personal care and medication assistance to our senior residents.

Qualifications

• Certification CMA or MNA required.
• Ability to stand, sit, bend, and transfer residents.
• Effective communication with residents and co-workers.
• Punctuality & reliability in daily living activities.

Responsabilités

• Medication assistance, documentation, and management.
• Spend time with seniors and provide direct personal care.
• Join or lead activities with residents.
• Track care and tasks with electronic health records.
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services.
