Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Administer and/or assist with prescribed medication to residents under supervision.
• Verify resident identity and record drug details in medical records.
• Observe ingestion or application and report any adverse reactions.
• Take vital signs and monitor residents for medication responses.
• Document care and maintain electronic medical records accurately.
• Restock medication supplies and ensure proper storage.
• Provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Assist with baths, transfers, feeding, and routine care to support resident wellbeing.
