Job summary

Experience Senior Living LLC. is seeking a part-time Medication Assistant to support residents in Fort Collins, Colorado.

The role includes night shift from 10pm to 6am and requires diligent medication reminders, administration within state guidelines, and coordination with pharmacy and health staff. The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma, state medication certification, and completes the ESL medication competency on hire.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or 2–4 years related experience and/or training.
• Medication certification as required by state guidelines.
• Must complete ESL medication competency on hire.
• First Aid and CPR Certification if required by state law and/or Company standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication reminders and/or assistance per state regulations.
• Administer medications as allowed by state guidelines.
• Order and receive medication; communicate with pharmacy about shortages.
• Maintain resident records in the digital platform, including med administration and observations.
• Perform room visits and checks; assist with resident care as needed.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and emergency pull cords; monitor safety and well-being.
