• Answer calls on PC switchboard with professional etiquette and transfer calls to destination promptly.
• Triage requests to determine caller needs and connect to the correct destination.
• Prioritize calls and manage time effectively to achieve results.
• Communicate with patients, clients, providers, and staff using computer systems.
• Activate time-sensitive clinical and emergency codes as directed.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality and collaborate with the team to ensure accurate handling of calls.
