Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide medication administration under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse; monitor medication errors, stock, and supplies.
• Maintain equipment and supplies; perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Perform health screenings, vital signs, and documentation of patient observations and treatment results.
• Prepare patients for appointments or telemedicine with prescribers.
• Uphold patient confidentiality and safety per policies and regulations.
