Job summary

Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a Certified Medication Technician for day shifts to support patient care in a regulatory-compliant setting. You will administer medications under RN supervision and assist with activities of daily living, while maintaining patient confidentiality.

The role requires a High School diploma, state Medication Technician certification, CPR certification, and SRNA certification where applicable.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Must be certified as a Medication Technician in the state within which services are provided.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Must maintain their SRNA certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and assist with activities of daily living under RN supervision.
• Monitor and document patient vitals, symptoms, and behavior; report abnormalities.
• Participate in audits, training sessions, and staff onboarding processes.
• Maintain medication supplies, medical equipment, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Float between units, assist team members, and uphold HIPAA confidentiality standards.
