Wellstar Health System is seeking a Nursing Assistant for the MedSurg CDU on the night shift (7pm-7am). The Care Partner works under the RN direction to support patient care, comfort measures, and safety while coordinating with the healthcare team to ensure excellent patient experiences.

Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, documenting care in the EMR, and participating in hourly rounding.

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication, specifically ability to document.
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team.
• Wellstar minimum age of hire is 16.
