Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Night shift Materials Coordinator in Phoenix, AZ. The role ensures accurate inventory management, on-site material movement, and timely shipping documentation for international shipments.

The position runs 7:00 PM–7:00 AM Wed–Sat (alternating Saturdays) with a $1 shift differential. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) with match, and tuition reimbursement. On-site facility with opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 years experience in data entry and/or dispatch.
• Experience with inventory tracking or warehouse systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory in SAP or similar systems.
• Receive deliveries and forward to recipients; update trackers.
• Move materials on/offsite and ensure accurate shipping documentation.
• Maintain Shipping/Receiving logs and handle material handover to engineers.
