Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Phoenix is hiring for a Day Shift Materials Coordinator. You will operate in a fast-paced, clean room environment, handling inbound/outbound shipments, inventory, and on-site material movements.

Shift is 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, Wed–Sat with alternating Wednesdays; pay is $23.60/hr plus $1 shift differential. The role requires data entry, inventory management in SAP or similar systems, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 0-1 years experience in data entry and/or dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory using SAP or similar systems and update material trackers.
• Receive deliveries from offsite warehousing and inbound shipments; assign to recipients and log updates.
• Facilitate material movement to onsite storage locations and ensure accurate labeling and documentation.
• Process returns and manage shipping/receiving logs in Excel; verify quantities and conditions.
• Conduct cycle counts and ensure proper handling, packing, and ES D compliance when counting materials.
