Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Phoenix, AZ is hiring a Day shift Materials Coordinator to operate in a fast-paced clean room environment. You will manage inbound/outbound shipments, maintain inventory in SAP, and support material handling on site while following strict PPE and ESD guidelines.

The role runs 7:00PM–5:30AM, Wednesday–Saturday, with a base pay of $23.60 per hour plus a $1 shift differential. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and tuition reimbursement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 0-1 years experience in data entry and/or dispatch.

Responsibilities

• Maintain systematic inventory in SAP or similar systems.
• Receive deliveries, update trackers, and ensure accurate material handling.
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments and on-site material movement.
• Track material flow using logistics software and reporting tools.
• Maintain shipping/receiving logs and timely handovers to transport.
• Assist with ESDequipment handling and on-site material staging.
