Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a Material Specialist to work nights in our Texas facility. This role ensures accurate receiving, storage, and distribution of materials on the production floor, maintaining timely support for production needs.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, forklift certification, basic computer skills, and a track record in warehouse or manufacturing environments. Overtime or weekend hours may be required to meet production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification or experience operating material-handling equipment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory systems.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Overtime and weekend hours may be required.
• Experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and examine incoming materials to ensure they meet specified requirements and report discrepancies.
• Store materials in designated areas using forklifts and update storage locations as needed.
• Retrieve materials for various jobs and distribute items promptly and accurately.
• Maintain up-to-date inventory records within the ERP system.
• Safely move materials to the production line and follow safety procedures.
• Participate in monthly cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
