DHL Supply Chain is hiring for a Day shift Materials Coordinator in Phoenix, AZ. Shift is 7:00AM - 5:30PM, Wednesday - Saturday, paying $23.60 per hour.

Role involves working in a clean room, operating in a bunny suit, and handling international shipments and material movements on site. Responsibilities include inventory maintenance in SAP, receiving deliveries, updating trackers, and ensuring accurate material handovers with engineers.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 0-1 years experience in data entry and/or dispatch.
• Experience with SAP or similar inventory systems is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Maintain inventory in SAP or similar systems.
• Receive deliveries and update material trackers including inventory management.
• Move material out of stock for engineering usage and return flow to onsite storage.
• Track material flow using logistic software and report status to customer.
• Receive multiple daily deliveries and ensure 100% accuracy of material requests.
• Maintain shipping/receiving logs in Excel.
