Job summary

InterContinental San Francisco is seeking a dynamic Overnight Guest Experience & Operations professional to own the guest journey from pre-arrival to checkout. This role combines leadership with hands-on supervision of nightly operations in a luxury hotel environment.

You will act as Night Manager two nights per week and provide Night Auditor coverage, while coordinating across departments on overnight shifts. Strong hospitality background and calm, decisive leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of front office or guest relations experience.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is preferred.
• A degree or formal education in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
• A polished, professional communicator with discretion and hospitality focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete guest journey from pre-arrival through departure.
• Serve as Night Manager two nights per week, assuming full operational responsibility.
• Provide Night Auditor coverage two nights per week with accurate financial reporting.
• Support hotel operations on a fifth workday across departments.
• Lead as a visible, approachable manager ensuring guest satisfaction overnight.
