Qualifications

• Minimum one year in a high-touch, guest-focused role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Polished, professional and service-oriented demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Transport guest luggage safely to and from rooms and store as requested.
• Escort guests to rooms and provide orientation on amenities and services.
• Provide information about hotel facilities and local attractions.
• Respond to guest requests with professionalism and discretion; escalate when needed.
• When Door Attendant, greet guests at the entrance and assist with luggage.
• Escalate significant concerns to management promptly.
