Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a high-touch, guest-focused role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Additional language skills are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport guest luggage to and from rooms, including tagging and storing as requested.
• Escort guests to rooms and provide orientation on room features and hotel amenities.
• Provide information about facilities, outlets, services, and local attractions.
• Respond to guest requests with professionalism and discretion; escalate issues when needed.
• Attend door attendant duties at hotel entrance and assist with luggage handling as required.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming entrance and coordinate with other departments.
