Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions in Burlington, NC seeks a Night Manager for an evening/overnight, full-time role overseeing contract compliance and relationships with independent cleaning contractors. You will monitor client priorities, conduct inspections, and oversee reporting and issue escalation across multiple sites.

The position requires strong people-management skills, facilities or janitorial experience, and willingness to travel locally between client locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; experience in commercial janitorial or facilities services is a plus.
• Prior supervisory experience, including coaching, motivating, and leading a team across multiple sites.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with regular local travel between client sites; valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle recommended.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods during site visits.

Responsibilities

The Night Manager oversees contract compliance for our designated building maintenance accounts in the Burlington area and manages the working relationship between City Wide and our independent cleaning contractors.
