Job summary

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Night Manager to oversee contract compliance and relationship management with our cleaning contractors in the Virginia Beach/Hampton Roads area. This full-time evening/overnight role emphasizes people-management, facilities services experience, and strong coordination across multiple sites.

The position requires supervisory experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel locally between client sites.

Qualifications

The Night Manager oversees contract compliance for our designated building maintenance accounts in the Virginia Beach / Hampton Roads area and manages the working relationship between City Wide and our independent cleaning contractors. This is a full-time, evening/overnight shift position ideal for someone with strong people-management skills and a background in facilities or janitorial services.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with regular local travel between client sites; valid driver's license and reliable vehicle recommended.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods during site visits.
