Job summary

City Wide is seeking a Night Manager to oversee contract compliance for our Burlington area accounts and manage relationships between City Wide and our independent cleaning contractors. This full-time, evening/overnight role suits someone with strong people-management skills and a background in facilities or janitorial services.

You will build contractor relationships, review scopes, conduct inspections, handle client requests, and support growth while traveling between client sites with a valid

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional experience in commercial janitorial or facilities services is a plus.
• Prior supervisory experience, including coaching, motivating, and leading a team across multiple sites.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with regular local travel between client sites; valid driver's license and reliable vehicle recommended.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods during site visits.
