Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for the night shift to perform independent troubleshooting and maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. You will interpret schematics, conduct preventative maintenance, and manage complex repairs, including on-call duties.

The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing/packaging maintenance, the ability to read blueprints, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing/packaging setting.
Ability to read schematics and interpret blueprints.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on machines, HVAC, and building systems.
Repair power transmission components and electrical control panels including PLCs.
Maintain safety and cleanliness of the facility and log repair activities.
