Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to independently troubleshoot, repair and maintain complex systems in a warehouse environment. You will handle mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues, perform scheduled PMs, and manage repair timelines while upholding safety and quality standards.

You should be proficient in reading schematics, basic ladder logic, and using maintenance tracking software.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required and 2+ years of mechanical maintenance experience.
• Ability to work at heights and operate aerial lift equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Customer service oriented and a reliable team member.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on machines, tools, and building systems.
• Repair power transmission components and PLC-related panels.
• Maintain safety and appearance of the facility and provide after-hours repairs as needed.
• Read blueprints and schematics to understand operations and document repair logs.
