FedEx Supply Chain in York, PA is seeking a maintenance technician to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems within a packaging environment. You will perform preventative maintenance, read schematics, and ensure safety standards are followed.

The role requires a high school diploma and 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience, strong problem solving, and solid communication skills.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required; 2+ years in mechanical maintenance in manufacturing/packaging
• Strong problem solving and maintenance skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer service oriented; team player

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machines, tools, and building systems
• Read blueprints, schematics, and manuals to understand operations
• Maintain safe, clean facilities and operate ladders/ariel lifts as needed
• Record repair logs and performance data in maintenance tracking system
• Assist with spare parts inventory and sourcing; handle after-hours emergency repairs
