Job summary

FedEx Supply Chain in Tolleson, AZ seeks a Maintenance Technician II to troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems, with strong knowledge of digital logic and PLCs. You will read schematics, perform preventive maintenance, and manage complex repairs, including on-call duties.

Responsibilities include PMs, repairing control panels, maintaining logs, and communicating status with teams while upholding safety standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required and 2+ years of mechanical maintenance experience.
• Ability to read schematics, diagnose mechanical/electrical/hydraulic issues and perform PMs.
• Strong problem solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues.
• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on machines, tools, and building systems.
• Repair power transmission components and electrical control panels/PLC components.
• Maintain safety and appearance of building; document repairs and logs.
• Communicate equipment status and timelines to peers and leadership.
