Job summary

Refresco Beverages US Inc. in PA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team, ensure preventive maintenance of plant equipment, troubleshoot electrical issues, and minimize downtime to maximize production capacity.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance team and direct work of other employees.
• Ensure preventive maintenance of plant equipment and compliance with safety policies.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to maximize production capacity.
• Maintain documentation and SOPs; assist in new equipment installations.
• Coordinate with production to optimize equipment modifications and maintenance planning.
• Prepare reports to meet environmental and safety regulations.
