Job summary

Wellpath / Correct Care Solutions is seeking a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for night shifts to support our nursing team in providing high-quality care to underserved populations.

Under RN supervision, you will administer medications, assist in procedures, and contribute to care plans while following safety protocols. PRN status with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience.
• Have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical/Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of employment.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Under RN supervision, assesses patients' physical, psychological, and social dimensions, contributing to individualized treatment planning.
• Implements treatment programs, administering medications, including IV therapy if certified, per protocols.
• Collaborates in controlled substance counts at each shift start, following safety procedures and standard precautions.
• Assists in medical procedures, supports nutrition and therapeutic diets, and documents nursing encounters in SOAP format.
• Attends mandatory staff meetings and training sessions, contributing to ongoing professional development.
