Job summary

Total Quality Logistics in San Antonio is seeking a Logistics Support Supervisor to oversee a high-volume service center shift. You will manage live queues, adjust staffing, and drive departmental performance, while developing Team Leads and ensuring adherence to SOPs and regulations.

You will supervise 2+ Team Leads and indirectly 30+ full-time agents, ensuring real-time service levels and coordinated cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of leadership experience in a fast-paced customer service industry.
• Ability to work 11pm – 7am.
• Proven experience managing front-line leaders or large teams preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred.
• Ability to mentor and track professional growth of front-line leaders.
• Ability to prioritize requests and handle changing priorities.
• High level of professionalism working with many levels of the organization.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational performance of the department, monitoring queue activity and adjusting staffing to meet service level goals.
• Coach and develop Team Leads to drive frontline accountability and performance.
• Review department-wide metrics to implement high-level adjustments and improve carrier experience.
• Sign off on hires, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Partner with Sales, Quality, Training, and Leadership to resolve issues and improve workflows.
• Track performance trends and implement scalable process improvements.
• Own shift-capacity planning and headcount recommendations.
• Serve as final authority for escalations and coordinate with IT during outages.
• Enforce adherence to policies and transportation/logistics regulations.
