Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Loader Formula to efficiently move and load pallets for outbound orders at our Colchester, VT facility. You will operate forklifts or pallet jacks and work in a dynamic warehouse environment to ensure accurate, timely shipping.

Responsibilities include palletizing, securing loads, and maintaining safety and quality standards while supporting the team to meet productivity goals. Training and benefits provided from Day 1.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Able to work scheduled shifts and overtime.
• Able to stand, walk, reach and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to lift 10–35 lbs and up to 60–90 lbs depending on location.
• Able to work in cooler, freezer, and dry temperatures.
• Pass post-offer drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Transport items to the trailer using forklift, pallet jack, or by hand.
• Move outgoing products from staging to loading dock with forklift.
• Wrap pallets and secure loads with appropriate labels.
• Locate proper trailer slots, secure loads, and inspect pallets for damage.
• Maintain housekeeping and safe work area compliance.
• Follow safety policies and use required PPE.
• Complete equipment safety checks and ensure readiness for operations.
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor.
