Performance Food Group is seeking a Loader Formula to support its warehouse operations in Fort Worth, TX. You will move items into trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring accurate placement and secure loads while following safety standards.

The role emphasizes productivity, cleanliness, and adherence to company guidelines in a multi-temperature environment. Qualified candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, 6+ months of warehouse experience, and the ability to lift up to 90

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift; able to lift 10–90 pounds.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Transport items to the trailer using forklift, pallet jack, or by hand according to loading plan.
• Move outgoing products from staging to loading dock and secure loads with pallets and straps.
• Inspect pallets for damage and store/load pallets safely with forklift or pallet jack.
• Perform housekeeping and keep work area clean and safe.
• Adhere to safety policies and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Complete end-of-shift checks and paperwork as required.
