Job summary

SanMar is seeking an Equipment Operator in Sparks, NV to safely locate and move product using lift equipment and RF scanning. You will load, unload, restock, and pack orders while maintaining equipment and safety standards.

The role requires 1–3 years of lift operator experience, basic math, and the ability to read and identify SKUs. Overtime may be required; shift is 7:00pm–5:30am with a $2 shift differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1–3 years of lift operator experience.
• Ability to read, write, and identify colors, sizes, SKUs.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Able to follow directions and adjust priorities as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered lift equipment and scan movement with RF unit.
• Load, unload, move, stack and stage product.
• Restock, pick, and pack products for orders.
• Inspect equipment daily and maintain safety protocols.
• Follow proper care and use of equipment and keys.
• Adhere to all safety requirements and OSHA guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies.
