Responsibilities
- Kitchen operations & food prep: prepare menu items to specification within target timeframes.
- Sanitation & maintenance: keep the kitchen, equipment and storage spotless during and after the shift.
- Front-of-House (FOH) support: assist bar, restock beer, fetch ice, prep ingredients, and clean venue areas.
