Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Additional certification or continuing education may be required.
• Experience in the clinical area for which you are applying is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and discharge planning.
• Formulate and revise plans of care with the health team.
• Implement care and supervise nursing staff per policy.
• Document care and patient responses clearly and timely.
• Contribute to quality improvement and mentoring as appropriate.
