Banner Health seeks experienced nurses for Labor & Delivery in Greeley, CO. Night shifts available with a 36-hour per week schedule and a $10,000 hiring incentive. Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience in Labor/Delivery nursing preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient physical, emotional, and educational needs and plan care.
• Develop and initiate a plan of care including discharge planning.
• Implement the plan of care with appropriate delegation and supervision.
• Coordinate care with the health care team and ensure communication of patient status.
• Document assessments, plans, and patient responses accurately in the medical record.
• Evaluate patient progress and revise plans as needed; participate in teaching and mentoring.
