Job summary

Banner Health Corporate is hiring a Postpartum Registered Nurse for night shifts at Banner North Colorado Medical Center. The role includes acting as Charge Nurse with postpartum/Labor and Delivery exposure, three 12-hour shifts weekly, and an every-third-weekend/holiday rotation.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Charge Nurse experience and postpartum/Labor & Delivery experience are required for this role.
• Experience in acute care nursing is desired.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, psychological, social, and developmental domains.
• Plan and coordinate care with the health team and family.
• Implement and supervise patient care per physician orders and policy.
• Document patient data and care actions accurately in the chart.
• Promote evidence-based nursing practice and participate in quality improvement.
