Job summary

UCHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for Labor and Delivery in Aurora, Colorado. This full-time, night-shift role offers a comprehensive benefits package and a $1,600 quarterly night shift incentive for eligible employees.

Proper licensure, NRP/ACLS within six months, and BLS on hire are required. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide top of scope direct patient care, model evidence-based practice, and support education for junior staff in a fast-paced, patient-centered

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• 6 months Women and Infants RN experience or UCHealth Fellowship completion.
• NRP and ACLS within 6 months of hire; BLS through AHA/Red Cross with current card.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in Labor and Delivery using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Mentor new staff/preceptors and support evidence-based practice.
