Qualifications

• Associate degree with 4 years of lab training/experience or
• Bachelor's in chemical/biological science with 2 years of lab training/experience in nonwaived testing.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-level MLT/MLS duties and provide operational leadership over section/shift.
• Review quality control records and ensure compliance with accrediting/regulatory requirements.
• Assist with cost analysis, inventory oversight, and financial improvement efforts for the department.
• Participate in personnel oversight, training, coaching, and competency programs.
• Serve as a communication liaison and collaborate with on-site management to integrate activities.
