Responsibilities

• Performs duties of MLT/MLS at a high level, provides operational leadership and workflow oversight to the section/shift.
• Ensures quality control and documentation meet accrediting and regulatory standards; participates in QC/QA policy implementation.
• Supports cost analysis, inventory monitoring, and department improvement initiatives.

Education

Associate degree in medical laboratory technology, medical laboratory science or clinical laboratory science

Bachelor’s degree in chemical or biological science
