Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Team Leader for the Main Campus Laboratory. You will supervise day-to-day lab operations, ensure efficient and safe work, and support ongoing quality and regulatory compliance on a night shift (8:00pm–4:00am).

You will coordinate with Laboratory Director and Technical Supervisors to maintain testing performance and readiness for contingencies. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in clinical laboratory science or medical technology, 3–5 years of high-complexity lab

• Ability to resolve technical problems and maintain analytic performance.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality control processes.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day supervision of laboratory operations.
• Resolve technical problems per established policies and procedures.
• Monitor analyses and ensure acceptable analytic performance.
• Maintain competency assessment documentation.
• Notify supervisors of detected problems.
• Perform testing duties as needed.
• Conduct compliant laboratory testing.
• Maintain regulatory knowledge related to duties.
• Assist management with section planning and organization.
• Monitor equipment and staffing standards; support contingency planning.
• Maintain QA programs and accurate testing/quality control.
• Keep standards and procedures manuals up to date.
• Ensure testing aligns with schedules and address variances.
• Communicate important information across departments.
