Cleveland Clinic Main Campus is seeking a Laboratory Supervisor for Immunohistochemistry in the Immunohistochemistry-Diagnostics Institute. The role oversees daily lab operations, ensures accuracy and timeliness of test results, and leads a team on the Evening shift (4:00pm-12:30am).

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s in a lab science, 5+ years in high complexity testing, and 3–5 years in leadership, with ASCP HTL/CT qualifications or equivalent for Histology/Cytology.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical, biological, clinical or medical laboratory science.
• 5 years of clinical laboratory training or experience in high complexity testing.
• 3–5 years of clinical laboratory leadership role preferred.
• ASCP HTL/CT qualifications or equivalent for Histology/Cytology.
• Diploma and transcripts must be provided; education verified.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical and scientific oversight of the laboratory operations.
• Supervise personnel performing testing and ensure timely reporting of results.
• Establish quality control and proficiency testing programs.
• Identify training needs and evaluate staff competency semiannually in the first year.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and ongoing education initiatives.
