Qualifications

• 2+ years IT experience supporting desktop PCs in a distributed enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktop OS and Windows Server.
• Experience with AD, SCCM, M365, SharePoint, and SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for desktop PCs and endpoint equipment.
• Coordinate with local and corporate IT teams on projects.
• Support factory systems and ensure PACCAR security standards.
• Maintain incident tickets and support documentation.
• Identify cybersecurity threats and perform root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with third-party providers and corporate IT.
• Create and publish desktop support procedures.
• Participate in IT standards reviews and documentation.
• Design and test desktop infrastructure changes.
• Serve on-site during second shift and hand off issues to first shift.
