Qualifications

• 2+ years of information technology experience.
• 2+ years with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• 2+ years with monitoring tools such as AppDynamics, SiteScope, or Splunk.
• Willing to work a 12-hour night shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level engagement for alerts across the CVS Health environment.
• Log, escalate, and coordinate resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Ensure adherence to defined service levels and documentation.
