Job summary

CyrusOne is hiring a Critical Environments Operator (Night Shift) to join its 24/7 Operations & Maintenance team in New Hampshire. This role is vital for ensuring the reliability and performance of mission-critical data center infrastructure during overnight hours.

Ideal candidates range from those just starting their careers with no prior experience to seasoned technicians with extensive knowledge. Responsibilities include operating mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, responding to alarms, and executing maintenance tasks to maintain peak performance.

Qualifications

• No prior data center experience required for Level I.
• 3–5 years experience in technical maintenance for Level II.
• 5–7 years data center engineering experience for Level III.
• 7+ years relevant experience for Level IV.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and operate data center systems to ensure uptime.
• Respond to building system alarms and perform root cause analysis.
• Execute preventive maintenance work orders and track them in CMMS.
• Maintain compliance with safety protocols.
